How it works

From your call to back in the Netherlands

You call us with the vehicle's location, the type and the damage. We agree when and how we will collect the vehicle. Can it no longer be driven? Then we load it onto a low-loader or car transporter.

Does the vehicle need to be recovered on site first? Then we arrange that with the local recovery company. That way you know where your vehicle is and when it will be back.

Load

What about the load?

Is the tractor unit damaged but the trailer still fine? Then a replacement tractor unit can often take the trailer and its load onwards. That way the load is not held up while the tractor unit comes back.

Costs

Costs and insurance

The costs depend on the distance, the vehicle and whether it can still be driven. Call us for a price estimate. Repatriation often goes through the insurer or the leasing company. We arrange it directly with them.

Vehicles we bring back include

  • Trucks broken down or damaged in Germany, Belgium or further afield
  • Tractor units whose trailer has already continued its journey
  • Buses and coaches that can no longer be driven
  • Vehicles in storage abroad after a recovery
